Hi there, I’m Marisa; noticer, feeler, and a big, big lover of love.

Ten years ago I purchased my first camera and started taking self portraits as a form of healing. Unlearning and relearning what self love and beauty meant to me. I taught myself the way around my camera while being in front of + behind it. Trust me when I say, in front of my camera is such a safe space to be. My only goal in photography is to capture the beauty of humans + all the moments that life gives to us.

I am based in Hazel Park, Michigan but would absolutely love to travel to wherever you are!
